It’s very cozy and silent place near a beautiful river. It actually looks better than in pictures and it has a private space. Jacuzzi was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay. I also feel very greatful for their service. I had some struggles with my cat and they facilitated the situation with a lot of compassion, support and understanding.

We had an unforgettable stay at this cottage right on the shore of the Zhinvali Reservoir. Highly recommend! The place is located in a village that feels a bit like in the middle of nowhere, you are in the countryside, and there is a big yard in which to just sit and relax. Very close behind the property, there are big beautiful fields which you can take a walk in. When the host found out that one of us staying there had a birthday that day he arranged homemade traditional food to be made for us and we all had a celebration together and connected. As it is a bit higher above sea level it is cooler there in the summer than in other near parts near like Tbilisi or Kakheti, which is a positive. But for us even staying in the warmth of May it was a bit cool in the room during the night, as the door of the room opens up straight to outside, which for some might be something to consider.

We had a one night stop at the Villa. The pool and garden are really nice. different spots in the shade and a clean and large pool. Location is good near some bars, restaurants and shops. but nothing special. Owner doesnt speak english but the help of google translate did its magic.
