Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the river from terrace. Waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee in such a serene setting was truly unforgettable. Nicely decorated house in the hills with all the necessary facilities included. The view was beautiful, a relaxing location and a chill atmosphere. We were there with two small children and we all enjoyed our stay. Parking is provided.

Zaza and his family made our trip unforgettable, making us feeling like being their sons. They even offered us multiple delicious things (and drinks!) during our dinners at their kitchen. Moreover, Zaza guided us towards the main famous attractions of Kutaisi like Martvili, Okatse and Prometheus Caves. Simply amazing! Ps: try their homemade khachapuri, you won't regret
