The flat was very spacious as advertised. Enjoyed the big living room with a huge television which had Netflix which was a bonus. The bedrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and functional with good towels, toiletries etc. The kitchen was large, modern and very well equipped and we found there were some useful ingredients laid on for cooking, like spices, oil and a variety of teas/coffee. Good experience and right on the racecourse which is very beautiful at this time of the year. A stone's throw from the school my daughter was taking her exams at, so pleased to have found this brilliant accommodation so near and the one nights stay with my family, felt like we were having a family trip away.

Had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom house in Northampton. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, friendly, and responsive throughout. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. In a nutshell, this accommodation is absolutely wonderful! 😍 I've stayed at Billing Aquadrome many many times since I was a child and I absolutely love the place, and this caravan (Mobile home) added to those lovely memories. It's in such a great quiet spot but still within easy walking distance of the main attractions like the swimming pool and bar. Everything you could possibly need is included..... Easy to use Wi-fi, TV with Netflix, cooker and all eating utensils, microwave, air-fryer etc etc and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower too! The owners took time and trouble to contact us from when we booked from minute one and afterwards to make sure everything was as it should be and are very easily contactable should there be an issue, and there were none at all during our stay. 😊 Many thanks to the owners for a lovely comfortable stay, we shall definetely be booking again before this summer is over..... hopefully for longer next time.

Location is great. Lovely area with plenty of parking. Easy check in & check out process. The house was very clean and has everything you’d need for your stay & more. Perfect for 4 people. Host was amazing & very helpful. Overall a very comfortable & relaxing stay at this property. Would highly recommend. We shall be back to stay again.

I had the opportunity to spend 1-1 week in both apartments and can tell that the same level of luxurious experience you can get if you choose any of them. Extremely charming, completely new, well equipped apartments, you can find everything to feel comfortable. Already booked my next stay with them. Simon is very helpful and supportive, -doesn’t matter if we speak about providing fans for me or store my forgotten ice creams in the freezer:) -and answer immediately. If it is important for you to spend your trip in a lovely place I just can recommend you Kingsley Gardens Luxury Apartments.

Wonderful accommodation, spotlessly clean, spacious and has all the amenities for a home from home. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of storage space, powerful shower. Good location to the main attractions-far enough that it was a nice walk to enjoy the sun and the ducks and the evening entertainment didn't disturb kids at bedtime but close enough not to tire little legs.There were even swans nesting opposite so our daughter loved looking out the window to check on them everyday. Thoroughly recommended and we'd love to go again.
