We stayed in the ground-floor studio with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was perfect for a family with a small child. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean — the sheets were bright white and everything felt fresh. The backyard is beautiful, with lots of trees and a fireplace where guests gather in the evenings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a very comfortable place to stay for overnight with kitchen,hot shower,refrigerator and everything you need when traveling. The owner couple are so kind ,they also upgrade our room as it’s not a busy day.Their daughter speaks English,so there’s no problem for communication. The included breakfast is delicious,we also add the dinner which is also excellent Armenian style homemade food,a good experience for tourists. Parking is convenient right by the house.We feel very lucky and safe to choose this guesthouse.
