It’s a 10-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

Guests can choose to stay in Western rooms or in Japanese-style rooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The Hotel Kanronomori has everything one needs. The hotel staff is very attentive and professional. We particularly want to compliment T Ayana, who kindly assisted us with numerous arrangements and calls until we were completely satisfied. The hotel provides ski rental and ski lessons. Thanks also to Leo for making our ski lessons so enjoyable! There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest ski station. The food is excellent and varied at all times. There are many more activities and facilities such as live music at the evenings. The surroundings are mesmerising in winter, and when looked at from the hotel! We had a superb stay, and a very good part of this feeling is thanks to the hotel facilities and more importantly to its staff. Thanks to you all!
