El Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya se encuentra en Kusatsu. El alojamiento está situado a 10 minutos a pie de Kusatsu Yubatake y de la terminal de autobuses de Kusatsu-Onsen. La situación del hotel es inmejorable y el personal fue super amable y atento, incluso llegamos nos dejaron una nintendo retro conectada a la televisión para poder jugar aunque llegamos tarde. Nos enseñaron a usar el onsen privado de nuestra habitación porque el agua viene hirviendo de la montaña. Aunque no se contrate la habitación con baño privado, el hotel tiene tres onsen privados que los huéspedes pueden usar. Incluso nos llevaron en coche a la estación de autobuses porque había empezado a nevar. También tienen dispensador de cafe, te y una maquina expendedora de bebidas así como microondas para los huéspedes en la zona común. Si volvemos a Kusatsu seguro que repetimos hotel.

Ubicado en Kusatsu, a 46 km de Jigokudani Monkey Park, Oyado Yukizumi tiene hospedaje con WiFi gratis y estacionamiento privado de cortesía. Excelente en todo sentido, a unos pasos de la estación de autobuses, habitación gigantesca y muy cómoda, te reciben con té y un delicosos pan dulce, el personal es extremadamente amable.

Establecido en Takasaki, a 28 km de Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 ofrece hospedaje con bicis gratuitas, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un jardín y un salón compartido. While the location was a bit out of the way (roughly 25min drive from Takasaki station), it was in a beautiful and quiet spot surrounded by cherry blossoms in full bloom. The room we had was the biggest out of all the places we stayed in Japan, was clean and comfortable, and had a private garden with covered deck and outdoor bath, which was absolute bliss after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The hospitality shown to us by the staff was exceptional, and we had no problem communicating through limited Japanese/English. They served traditional meals, which were beautifully presented and a delight to eat, having small servings of lots of different things. We made use of the free bicycles and had a great time exploring the area while getting a bit of exercise.

Situado en Kusatsu, dentro de una distancia de 45 km de Jigokudani Monkey Park y a 14 km de Mt. Todo estaba muy cuidado, el personal fue muy amable, y la ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno tradicional estaba delicioso. Fue el hotel que más nos ha gustado de nuestro viaje por Japón. 🥰

Situado en Shibukawa, a 46 km de Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, Chigira Jinsentei cuenta con hospedaje con un jardín, estacionamiento privado de cortesía y un bar. The food was really good, the onsen was excellent and no complaints about the location!

Stunning location, amazing food, wonderful hosts! We had two night here for our honeymoon and we loved everything about it. The staff were so kind, helpful, and patient. We had a massage and a facial organised by the hotel and they were both great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. This was one of my favourite stays during my trip to Japan! Our twin room was cosy, comfortable and so clean. The beds were the comfiest we had in Japan; I had the most relaxing sleep while staying here. We absolutely loved the breakfast we had, and everyone at the hotel was so kind and friendly. Their hospitality was the highlight of the trip! We stayed two nights and the chef made us a different meal each morning, and took us through the dishes as he brought them to us, and we were given delicious welcome sweets and matcha when we arrived. The breakfast room was so cosy with a fireplace and free coffee and tea. The location is excellent and easy to find; it was only a couple of minutes walk to the bus terminal and to the Yubatake, which is where most of the shops and restaurants are located. The four private onsen are also wonderful. We got to try out two, and we never found that we had to wait or miss out on using one of them when we wanted to. I loved the little baskets containing towels, pyjamas and toiletries that we were given. There are plenty of toiletries available in each of the onsen, and the pyjamas were so comfortable I wish I could have brought a pair home!

Establecido en Nakanojo, dentro de una distancia de 49 km de Naeba (Mt. We have booked a room with our own private onsen as part of it and it was exceptional. If it weren‘t for the bugs (which the hotel can‘t do much about), it would be absolutely perfect. The rooms were super spacious and the beds very comfortable. Having Kaiseki in our very own room really adds to the whole experience of a traditional, Japanese inn. I also recommend trying the public baths even if you have one in your room, it is really good too!

El Houshi Onsen Chojukan está situado a orillas del río Houshi y ofrece un baño termal público, alojamientos de estilo japonés con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y platos de cocina japonesa. Este alojamiento es increíble, muy auténtico y con mucho encanto. Los baños son preciosos y super relajantes. La habitación era enorme y tenía hasta un sillón de masajes.
