Excelente en todo sentido, a unos pasos de la estación de autobuses, habitación gigantesca y muy cómoda, te reciben con té y un delicosos pan dulce, el personal es extremadamente amable.

Establecido en Takasaki, a 28 km de Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 ofrece hospedaje con bicis gratuitas, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un jardín y un salón compartido. We were travelling by train so it was very convenient for Tendou-san, the monk, to pick us up from the Takasaki train station for a reasonable additional charge. Tendou-san knew enough English to converse with us on the 30-minute drive to the hotel. The hotel is small and charming, next to the beautiful samurai temple and garden with a koi pond. The deluxe quadruple room was very large for just two people. The kotatsu table was a nice place to relax and be warm. The futons were very comfortable for sleeping. Like other reviews mention, some of the walls don't extend all the way up to the vaulted ceiling/roof, so there is potential for noise to pass in and out of rooms. However, we were the only ones there that night (others were dissuaded by snow forecast) so we had the whole place to ourselves. We had dinner and breakfast; both were delicious with large portions. We participated in the morning meditation. Tendou-san explained some history of the temple, initiated our meditation, and then left us to finish we felt ready to be done. It was a very nice experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Establecido en Minakami, a 36 km de Yuzawa Kogen/Gala Yuzawa/​Ishiuchi Maruyama, Minakamisansou ofrece hospedaje con WiFi gratis y estacionamiento privado de cortesía. El mejor hotel de todo nuestro viaje. Las vistas desde la habitacion y el onsen privado a la montaña Tanigawa eran impresionantes. Solo por eso hubiera merecido la pena pero es que además la cena fue riquisima. Más de 10 platillos en los que se veia la intención del chef y el uso de ingredientes de temporada. La camarera que nos atendió tanto en la cena como el desayuno hablaba muy bien inglés y fue encantadora. Repetiría sin duda.

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. Nice staff. Delicious japanese breakfast

This hotel is close by Otaki no Yu, and reasonably walkable to the center of the village. The space was clearly remodeled recently and so the rooms are super nice, clean, and it's clear that the hotel has spent great attention to detail! I also really liked the ease of use of the onsen facilities. I have been to many japanese style inns and this was the most clean, orderly, and good working condition that I've encountered. I also thought it was nice that there are only 4 rooms here so it never felt busy or crowded. The staff were also all very kind and helpful. They made a great breakfast both days, with good variety of dishes and high quality of ingredients. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!

Establecido en Nakanojo, dentro de una distancia de 49 km de Naeba (Mt. - Private Open-air onsen! :) - The room with tatami area and open-air bath immaculate! - room is very spacious in all aspects (toilet, bedroom, living room, bath). It is even bigger than it looks in the pictures - large comfortable beds - delicious dinner and breakfast served in a private dining room - lots of activities to do - night light show at the "Spirited Away" bridge, massage chair, pantry/ lounge, and If the private onsen in your room is not enough for you, you can explore the various shared onsen. - nice items at the souvenir shop - friendly and accommodating staff - great location - it is just a minute walk to and from the bus that takes you to the train station, likewise it is walking distance to many cafes and to Asunaro which serves chicken tonkatsu that your grandparents will serve to their favourite grandchild.:)

El Houshi Onsen Chojukan está situado a orillas del río Houshi y ofrece un baño termal público, alojamientos de estilo japonés con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y platos de cocina japonesa. Este alojamiento es increíble, muy auténtico y con mucho encanto. Los baños son preciosos y super relajantes. La habitación era enorme y tenía hasta un sillón de masajes.
