Location was great and they had all the facilities you’d need, including onsite ski rental. The breakfast was wonderful everyday and having the option of the public onsen or booking in a private onsen was a real bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Sitting in front of the room window, you can enjoy the spectacular snow view. The hotel is close to the nearby station，It will take 5mins to muikamarchi station. There are so many snow resorts nearby, it is very comfortable for relaxing in the hotel ‘s onsen, and then have a taste of the local food of the hotel after skiing. It is especially worth mentioning that the staff of the hotel is particularly enthusiastic, offering to provide shuttle services to the nearby station, snow resorts…When we need to go shopping, they also warmly send us to there. When we left, the staff gave my child two bathrobes.

The location might be a bit further from Echigo Yuzawa station but they have shuttle bus services which are really convenient. There’s also a convenience store nearby and their snowboard/ski gear rental are very cheap!
