The place was amazing. Beautiful and large room, very comfortable. We absolutely loved the food, especially the Yamagata wagyu! It was delicious and the meals were so beautiful and plentiful. We bought many items from the hotel gift shop - they carry very nice souvenirs. Rooftop outdoor private onsen for free - an amazing addition to an already wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing food! The whole experience was fantastic and I can’t recommend it enough. The onsen was lovely especially the outdoor one. There isn’t a lot of English spoken but that didn’t matter. The staff were so kind and really made our stay perfect.

Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you!
