Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, IceHotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. We’re huge fans of this hotel. Over the past year, we’ve stayed three times and have experienced every type of room they offer. For adventure lovers, it’s simply fantastic. This time, we came especially for river rafting and gravel biking to enjoy Kiruna’s summer. Compared to the winter season, the atmosphere was much quieter, with a completely different vibe. It almost feels like you have the entire hotel to yourself—which is incredible. When it comes to the rooms, if you’re mainly there for the tours, any option will do. But if you’ve never stayed in an ice room, it’s an absolute must. Since we had already tried both the Deluxe and Art Suites before, this time we opted for a warm room(kamoos hotel room) , which worked perfectly. Before we stayed in a kamoos deluxe warm room and comparing to that, only significant difference was the comfiness of the bed. Pillows and mattress could be better. Also there was no mini fridge. Again, since we were out all day long for tours, -except the mattress- those didnt matter to us. Breakfast, as always, was fantastic. They’ve even added vegan bread—kudos to the chef, it was excellent. The dinner menu was the same as in winter: pricey, but absolutely delicious. Staff is amazing as always, we seen some familiar faces from our previous stays. Mostly they are working seasonal i guess but all of them are sharing the same passion. Overall, it’s a wonderful place both in winter and summer, but in my opinion, the real highlight is the tours. They are the perfect way to discover the North, immerse yourself in the culture, and experience the wilderness. So far, every guide we’ve had has been outstanding. I believe if we join few more tours, they will convince us to move to Kiruna :)

El histórico Haparanda Stadshotell ofrece un popular restaurante a la carta y un ambiente de época, y cuenta con sauna, bar y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. El río Torne Älv se encuentra a 300 metros. The hotel shows off its historic roots really well with lots of pictures and artifacts and salons to view. The rooms are updated and comfy without losing any charm.

Este hotel de reciente apertura está situado en pleno centro de Luleå y ofrece un exclusivo arte fotográfico, diseños de temporada y acceso gratuito al centro de fitness. Really lovely hotel, great foyer area with bar and free/tea coffee, modern decor. Hotel includes a small gym and a small heated pool. Beds were super comfortable, we had a large room and it was well-equipped with a bar fridge and a lot of storage. Location opposite the Lulea Ice Track was excellent and walking distance to all tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast is fantastic the sheer quantity of food and the size of the restaurant is impressive even though it is always busy there is enough space for everyone to sit and the food is continually replenished. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were very quiet and warm. We would stay again.

Este tranquilo hotel ocupa una mansión reformada de finales de 1800 y cuenta con una zona de relajación gratuita con bañera de hidromasaje, sauna y chimenea. I cannot fault the hospitality of the staff, they were some of the most welcoming and helpful people I've ever met. The room was large and comfortable with a bathroom to match it. A lovely breakfast to start off the day with a selection of drinks. Fuel station near by for the car and plenty of shops just beyond for a look around.

Este hotel se encuentra en Abisko, a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Abisko Östra. Muy limpio, muy lindas cabañas, delicioso lo que comimos en el restaurante, muy buena localización (a unos minutos caminando de la estación delicioso tren)

El Camp Ripan es de gestión familiar y se encuentra en un entorno natural de montaña, a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Kiruna. Great place for a visit to Kiruna. Very spacious, warm, clean and has amazing food. The breakfast is world class 👌The staff was very helpful and kindly assisted us to book Northern lights and husky ride.

This historic hotel is located in central Piteå, only 5 minutes’ walk from the bus station. It offers a restaurant and on-site gym. WiFi is free in all rooms. Piteå Stadshotell was built in 1906. Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es muy amable. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas y limpias. Parquin de pago junto al hotel, pero creo que pagamos unos 8 o 9 euros. Muy agradable.
