Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, IceHotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. We’re huge fans of this hotel. Over the past year, we’ve stayed three times and have experienced every type of room they offer. For adventure lovers, it’s simply fantastic. This time, we came especially for river rafting and gravel biking to enjoy Kiruna’s summer. Compared to the winter season, the atmosphere was much quieter, with a completely different vibe. It almost feels like you have the entire hotel to yourself—which is incredible. When it comes to the rooms, if you’re mainly there for the tours, any option will do. But if you’ve never stayed in an ice room, it’s an absolute must. Since we had already tried both the Deluxe and Art Suites before, this time we opted for a warm room(kamoos hotel room) , which worked perfectly. Before we stayed in a kamoos deluxe warm room and comparing to that, only significant difference was the comfiness of the bed. Pillows and mattress could be better. Also there was no mini fridge. Again, since we were out all day long for tours, -except the mattress- those didnt matter to us. Breakfast, as always, was fantastic. They’ve even added vegan bread—kudos to the chef, it was excellent. The dinner menu was the same as in winter: pricey, but absolutely delicious. Staff is amazing as always, we seen some familiar faces from our previous stays. Mostly they are working seasonal i guess but all of them are sharing the same passion. Overall, it’s a wonderful place both in winter and summer, but in my opinion, the real highlight is the tours. They are the perfect way to discover the North, immerse yourself in the culture, and experience the wilderness. So far, every guide we’ve had has been outstanding. I believe if we join few more tours, they will convince us to move to Kiruna :)

Offering free spa and gym entrance and a modern restaurant and bar, this hotel is centrally located in Luleå, just 300 metres from Luleå Central Station. • Location was very good! Next to a grocery store and bus station. • Breakfast was best:) There are so many types of food and they taste amazing! • Spa was nice! • Check out is until 12 so I could rest before leaving

The hotel shows off its historic roots really well with lots of pictures and artifacts and salons to view. The rooms are updated and comfy without losing any charm.

Este hotel de reciente apertura está situado en pleno centro de Luleå y ofrece un exclusivo arte fotográfico, diseños de temporada y acceso gratuito al centro de fitness. The hotel was spotless. The room was clean, and the room service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I loved this hotel and enjoyed the sauna.

Este tranquilo hotel ocupa una mansión reformada de finales de 1800 y cuenta con una zona de relajación gratuita con bañera de hidromasaje, sauna y chimenea. I cannot fault the hospitality of the staff, they were some of the most welcoming and helpful people I've ever met. The room was large and comfortable with a bathroom to match it. A lovely breakfast to start off the day with a selection of drinks. Fuel station near by for the car and plenty of shops just beyond for a look around.

Este hotel se encuentra en Abisko, a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Abisko Östra. It’s definitely the best hotel in Abisko according to locals and personal experience. The twins room was very cozy and the bath was clean and warm. There is a helipad just right next to the hotel, you could meet the aurora there if you do not want to walk 15 mins to the lakeside (but not far, really). We also love the restaurant, we spent our dinner time there during our stays, staff was really helpful and cheerful.

El Camp Ripan es de gestión familiar y se encuentra en un entorno natural de montaña, a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Kiruna. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las cabañas muy cómodas y buena climatización para no sentir el frío. El restaurante es de primera calidad . Los tours que ofrece el hotel están muy bien.

This historic hotel is located in central Piteå, only 5 minutes’ walk from the bus station. It offers a restaurant and on-site gym. WiFi is free in all rooms. Piteå Stadshotell was built in 1906. Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es muy amable. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas y limpias. Parquin de pago junto al hotel, pero creo que pagamos unos 8 o 9 euros. Muy agradable.

Overlooking Stadsparken and the North Harbour, this hotel is situated on Luleå’s main street, Storgatan. It offers free WiFi and gym access and a popular breakfast buffet. Breakfast was sensational as was the magnificent breakfast room. The staff were polite and friendly. Parking was easy as was access to the hotel from the garage. Set in a great location with views of the lake, opposite the very nice town square and an easy stroll to main street shopping.
