The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

I liked the back entrance to the spa and rooftop, it felt mysterious like a small maze. The decoration throughout the hotel is inspiring. Having a museum in the premises was great! A whole day in the hotel is really feasible with so much to see.

There is also a beach bar and relaxing lounge area. Location is amazing. Quiet street close to the town centre. Staff was attentive and frendly. Good selection for breakfast. 2 swimming pools (one for aduls one for children). We stayed 5 nights in a bungalow, it was clean and comfy.

The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. The staff was polite and helpful. My room (with garden view) was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy with enough sheets as it gets cool at night in SCDLC. Even at regular price, this place offers bang for your buck.

The location was a wonderful little paradise tucked away from the busy city of Cancun. Saul was a wonderful and eclectic host and was extremely welcoming and amenable to anything that we may have needed. The place itself is really beautiful and thoughtfully designed but what really made our stay special was Saul being so lovely and kind. Loved the dogs too, would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!
