Apartment was lovely with great space and comfort. In general we are very pleased and happy to have stayed at Villa Nottola and will definitely be returning!

The hosts were incredibly kind, they waited for us even though we were late for check-in due to traffic. The location is perfect. It’s right on the edge of Pienza, which gave us privacy and the peace and quiet we were looking for during our vacation. The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff came every single day. Breakfast was also excellent and we truly appreciated that they offered plant-based milk, not just the regular one. We’re leaving with the most beautiful memories and truly hope to come back soon 🤗

The coziness, cleanliness, breathtaking views, and the wonderful energy of this home made our stay truly unforgettable. When we left, we felt a little sadness in our hearts because we had grown so fond of this place and the amazing people who created it. We truly hope to return one day!

Our apartment was big and neat. Shutters helped to keep it cool during hot days (there was also AC in every room). Both the apartment and the common area was very well mantained. Everhthing was clean and working properly. Mr. Andrea contacted us before arrival to make sure our check-in woukd be smooth and easy. When we were late for the check-in (my fault) he was very helpful with late check-in and the next day provided us with useful information about the area. The pool was being cleaned every day. The restaurant nearby is very good if you like meat.

We requested to adjust our trip and he had availability to accommodate our request. The location was excellent, with scenic views of the valley. It is a fenced-in yard inside a beautiful olive tree grove, so we could let our dog run around and explore. The host is very accommodating of pets and children. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and the room met all our needs. We would stay here again if we visited the area.

The staff was excellent and always available via WhatsApp. The location amd apartment was very clean, and the fact that the apartment came with basic staples like salt, pepper, olive oil,Balsamic vinegar, tea and coffee was thoughtful and smart to allow guests from avoiding purchasing these necessities. The breakfast was exceptional and had a huge spread of anything you could want. We used the sauna and turkish baths (dedicated for private use by reserving) and the jacuzzi in February and it was wonderful. The view is peaceful and perfect. Would highly recommend.
