Amazing experience during our stay at Fairmont Hotel while watched Tinnas vs Bahrain at GBK stadium. We can meet Indonesian National Team players at this hotel and got opportunities to direct interaction with them. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable especially for our big family (2 adult and 3 kids)

The impeccable service and comfortabilty. The room with a terrace offered us a wonderful sanctuary. The gym and the rooftop pool were exquisite. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. I made the right decision staying at this historic hotel (the first international 5-star hotel in Jakarta - Indonesia I think). There are a lot of historic photos hanging around the bar area. The room is spacious enough and the bed is quite comfy. I got a free upgrade to a larger room with a bathtub and the view. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would say the service here is so personable (all staff were friendly and helped me with every small little things) which made me feel at home immediately. The hotel is connected with Grand Indonesia (a big shopping mall) at the ground floor so you can just walk from your hotel room to the shopping mall, very convenient. I also tried the sauna and swimming pool here, all very great facilities. Thanks so much and I will definitely be back if I have the opportunity.

I’m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was truly the best I’ve ever had in my entire life — both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate. The overall service exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I could ask for. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
