Very friendly, nice, pleasant. The room we booked had a small technical issue and Sam immediately tried to sort it out but at the same time, he said for us to be able to enjoy our holiday and to relax he upgraded us to a bigger chalet. We were offered a bottle of wine on the arrival day and wood for the fireplace. Even after we left, because it was very early morning hours (like 5 in the morning), we left the key in the room and leave, he called to ask if everything was ok with the room etc. The location is perfect and with a good distance from Parnassos and Arahova. The whole resort is a beautiful made resort. I think the place deserves a nice restaurant, not only for people staying at the resort but for visitors ine general, because it is so beautiful and within the forest.

The balcony has incredible views of the mountains and of the main street below it. It's also right in the center of the town, and the room itself is so warm and cozy. Lastly, the staff were all very kind, friendly and accomodating. If I'm ever back in Arachova, will definitely try to stay here.
