Their sincerity and kindness really stood out. The location is excellent. Zurich HB station is within walking distance, along with many other key places in the city. The room was spotless and very comfortable. On rainy days, I was able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk and return it after my walk. The hotel felt like a destination of its own. It was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. It was an amazing environment to be in.
