It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the mountains. Highest quality standards in everything. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff speaks several languages. The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. breakfast is great! there are diverse drinks available and the staff also serviced nice coffee.

Its an amazing hotel, has everithing that the couples and travelers wanted and go beyond the expectations. Congrats to the hotel service team.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

You can relax in the cosy bar, in the sauna, or in the steam bath. The large terrace with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the sun. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything was excellent. The hotel is very close to the station.

It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged. Excellent interior design; amazing view to Matterhorn from the pool and from our room; wide variety of stuff for breakfast- good quality, fresh juices and fruits; staff is very professional and helpful ; sauna is small ( 3 options) but sufficient to relax after a hike ; we also had dinner at the Grill restaurant and loved it - especially the Tatar and tuna tataki; we also used the option of the free shuttle from and to the train station - although short distance , it helps with the luggage. Pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable . The room was very spacious. If we go back to Zermatt, we’d stay there again

Location: the view from the balcony is stunning. Food: everything is home made and very delicious Room: very nicely decorated, clean with pretty bathrooms Staff: very friendly

Chandolin Boutique Hotel is set at 2,000-metre altitude on one of Europe's highest inhabited villages. It offers a ski-out situation, a gourmet restaurant, panoramic mountain views, a sauna, steam room, relaxation room as well as our outdoor Nordic baths. I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
