The centre of the village is reachable within a pleasant 15-minute walk and in winter the ski bus brings you to the train and cable car station for free. The bus station is reachable on foot in 4 minutes. In winter, please take bus stop Heimat, in summer please take bus stop Brunni. Those bus stops also are the correct ones coming from the train station. Nice, cozy, quiet little place. Could tell the staff was concerned about our well-being.

The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The woman who served us breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our mornings delightful. The location was also very convenient for accessing Mount Pilatus.

Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the Engelberg Mountains. Great staff, very clean and the location is phenomenal. I highly recommend the Bombay Mule if you’re looking for a delicious cocktail, it goes great with the Spinach and Cheese Naan.
