The lake view is simply stunning, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We will definitely stay here again!

The family-owned 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, next to the lake. It offers a spa area and elegant rooms with modern furniture. The Culture and Convention Centre and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away. Wonderful stay ever, luxury construction style plus best service. I hope to visit again. I have had a great memory in Lucerne.

Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and a hairdryer. Modern interiors, great location, very good reception staff. Awesome room, very quiet just as we requested. Huge balcony having its own curtains, which was something pleasantly new for us. They even gave a good standing fan without asking. And a variety of pillows to help pick the right ones. Château Gütsch is set in a 19th-century castle, overlooking the town of Lucerne and Lake Lucerne, with views to the Rigi Mountain. The interior was renovated and designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. Free WiFi access is available. Stunning location and views of the lake, mountains and town from our room (57). Gorgeous woodland walks on the doorstep. The hotel is beautiful throughout, beautifully decorated. Room had everything you need including free mini bar, Molton Brown products, robes etc. Large terrace. The funicular takes you down and up to the hotel for free. The one evening meal we ate in the bar was good. Breakfast was excellent and the service very good.
