The place is very beautiful, clean and the staff is helpful and efficient. Game drives were out of this world, the gravel roads around the reserve are well maintained, the safari vehicles are in good condition and the Rangers are knowledgeable about wildlife. This was a last minute booking as we were not happy with our previous accommodation. We arrived 30 minutes later and everything was ready for us. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even did our laundry even though we only stayed one night. Our 7 year old son really enjoyed the Wildlife Centre (mini zoo) and petting the rabbits. The entrance fee was included in the price of the accommodation. The view from the restaurant is really beautiful and relaxing.
