Owners were fantastic and very attentive to needs!! We rented 4 bikes which were a bargain. One of our party had to return the bike early. The owners refunded her rental fee and surely didn't have to do so! Very nice place -Clean and tidy!!

Great location, very comfortable hotel. Lounge area, with a happy hour from 5 to 6pm., so we got to meet and chat with other guests - great idea. The Bespoke Kitchen is next door, so if you need something more than the hotel's continental breakfast, you just pop across the road. Lovely hotel to stay in, we left to stay in Glenorchy for 2 days, and the hotel stored our big cases til we returned for another night. Perfect service.
