We were truly warmly welcomed to the hotel, who also helped to setup a meeting of us from Venice sea port. Our room was upgraded free of charge as additional positive welcome from the hotel team. We arrived before 15:00, the time of check-in, while have been sent to the room within 10 minutes from arrival.

B&B Patatina is situated in the Santa Croce district in Venice, a 10-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station. The property is 1.3 km from Ca' d'Oro and 1.5 km from St. Mark's Square.

The location was central, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The B&B is located in a square with an old church in its centre, a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a café/bakery. There are roads leading off the square in every direction. The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean, and the room was well cleaned every day. Breakfast was served in the room, as is the B&B's policy. The host, Gianluca, was very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic breakfast each day, staff went above and beyond to help organise activities, restaurant bookings and ensured we had a really fantastic time in Venice. The furnishings were opulent and beautiful, and the room was cleaned to a high level each day with additional turn down service.

The best hotel that I have visited in Europe yet (I have quite a broad experience). Charming antique interiors with modern equipment. All is clean, and all is envisaged in the bathroom, including slippers, vanity kit, lotion and sanitary bags. The location is perfect.

Carnival Palace is a brand-new hotel offering ultra-modern rooms with wood floors and free Wi-Fi. Set in Venice's Jewish Ghetto area, it is 10 metres from the Tre Archi Vaporetto water bus stop.

We loved the service. Fabulous team, special mention to Giovanni, Eleonora and gentlemen who had the night shift. The rooms were Victorian giving you the experience of living in Venice. Extremely thoughtful welcome package with goodies. As all Venice rooms, this one was small as well but very well planned and comfortable. Bang in the middle of Piazza San Stefano and few steps away from Academia Bridge really was a perfect spot.

Set on Venice’s Grand Canal, Locanda Leon Bianco is set in a residential building opposite the Ca' da Mosto Palace.

Staff are great you feel like if you were within your family all of them! I asked for surprise of flower to my wife but with short notice just 1 day before we came, but they had made it and that made my wife happy. Location is the best considering we have heavy luggage with us where you will need around 10 min and to cross 2 bridges only. Room, stairs, the garden and halls are reflection of Venice culture and vibes where we have enjoyed. We made our rounds in Venice all on feet as they provided us with map showing all sites and paths. You feel love and generosity in everything. They offer good price breakfast. They offer good minibar with daily maintaining We liked the whole experience!

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.
