The Villa Rose was a lovely place to stay. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to a cyclone hitting Ireland, and staff were very accommodating. It was a comfortable place to unexpectedly spend a day, as there are lots of comfortable sofas in the lounge area. Food - both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

    Lovely hotel, good location, close to bars and restaurants. The leisure centre was pretty good too. Loved the jacuzzi and the pool. Very interesting the way it's built, it's like a maze.

    The hotel was great! We had the best time. There was a little issue with their renovations early in the morning, HOWEVER, it was quickly resolved. The staff was so lovely and well mannered and upgraded our room. It was a great wee break for us and we really enjoyed our time here. This was our second time here and will definitely be back again. It’s in a good location, driving distance from Donegal town and bundoran.

    The swimming pool and jacuzzi was enjoyable but there was so many kids in and out of the pool diving we couldn’t really relax.

    We found the Villa Rose very relaxing and welcoming a great place to stay ! The main entrance was beautiful and had a lovely calm feeling about it …. A good spot to have a coffee and a read ! Staff were more than friendly and not fake or pushy ! Everyone from reception to the domestics were great !

    My favourite hotel, it was are anniversary and they go above and beyond every year leaving out chocolates and Congratulation us, staff are so lovely 😍

    Amazing hosts that were very helpful and accommodating. Along with our room we had the use of the conservatory to relax and watch TV. Our host kindly wahed some clothes for me as I spilt a cup off coffee down me whilst visiting the Famine Museum which they had recommended for a visit. Was given a proper glass for drinking my wine, when she saw me drinking out of a tumbler. They are a lovely couple always willing to help and chat.

    1st visit to Villa Rose staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our requests very young staff in bar and restaurant they where excellent. Warm very clean everywhere. Spa lovely relaxing aswell.
