The hotel is big! And the food is amazing. Also the staff is really friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a request for our baby this was arranged immediately. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it! Also the afternoon tea js very nice. Which the hotel organises every day from 16 till 18.

We're used to staying in hostels/ homestays while we travel and this is by far the best place we've been for a similar price. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely! Particularly Fajar from security who was incredibly helpful and so friendly, he went out of his way to help us and had plenty of recommendations. Great location too, only a 10 min grab to the nearby malls and a good location for getting to Bromo too. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, good location. Friendly workers. Breakfast were good with lots of option. I booked 3 rooms, we got rooms with a pool view. We had a nice time there. We will definitely go back.

My stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Batu was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing retreat with its hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Although the pool was quite cold, it was still a great spot to relax as well as the breakfast is good and varied breakfast . I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.
