Staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was all it could be. I arrived without a car, thinking that taxis would be available for local runs, only to find that they weren't. Halfway Bridge staff very kindly took me into Petworth and picked me up at the end of the day. I was extremely grateful - and having enjoyed a lovely stay in every way, will return - although next time, I will hire a car!

Quirky and in a carriage, unique experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good. Mobile signal on O2 and Vodafone working even at 4G! and much much better than reviews suggest.

We had a young dog with us which we were taking on the Ferry to France. We had a great room overlooking the beautiful grounds. Fabulous breakfast made to order. Easy access to the ferry terminal, 20 mins.
