We chose this hotel for its proximity to the O2 as we were attending a show there. As well as the very convenient location and easy access to public transport to/from central London, everything else impressed us: beautifully appointed and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great views from the bars and brasserie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future visits to the O2.

The views from the hotel are phenomenal! On the 43rd floor our room had views of the Thames, eye of London, st. Paul's Cathedral and much more! Location is excellent being right next to London Bridge metro and train station it's easy to get around London. The staff were also fantastic and always around to answer questions and help out when needed! It was also soo lovely to have a bathtub with such a fantastic view! It was hard to leave! Will certainly be returning!

The room was amazing, the staff was very kind and gave me the one that I requested. They also put some petals in the bed. The location is good, easy to go to the city with the new Elizabeth line.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

The atmosphere was great and the room/decor was nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great, especially when you were joined by the pub cat! We had a gig to go see at the O2 so would definitely recommend staying here for the same reason. Breakfast was included - we chose a fry up and eggs benedict. Both were cooked to perfection.
