The staff was unforgettable effective and supportative. The chef was very good, he knows his (it was a he) metier. We are happy that Bowl Inn survived the Brexit and the Covid, so many other Inn's and BB's have closed for that reason. Purhaps it is due to the qualities of the Bowl Inn ?, I gather. We are walkers and Bowl Inn is just located at the rigtht place. We walked from Ashford station. Good room with hot shower and commforting bed, after a long walk. Heavenly

Beautiful setting and building Friendly welcoming staff I received a free upgrade which meant I got to stay in the main house. I saw a cosy lounge area for afternoon tea. Beautiful grand staircase. Festive decorations made it really warm and cosy. Attended a party in the stable area. Perfect for a sit down meal for around 60 people. Food was fantastic and hot. Service was excellent Late checkout is 11am which leaves time to enjoy the breakfast from a menu. Not by buffet style. Highly recommend.

It’s a characteristic old building in a charming village, the food is excellent and the staff very kind. We also enjoyed a walk in the surroundings after dinner. The perfect place for the first (or last) night in England.

Only 30 min from Eurotunnel, it’s a perfect place to stop by. Everything was great, the food was outstanding. I like the theme of the pub.

This charming hotel is 2 miles from Canterbury and close to Dover and the Eurostar. Dating back to the 12th century, it is surrounded by picturesque hills and fruit trees.
