Excellent Stay with Great Service! I recently stayed at Hotel Aziza and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect—close to Old Town. The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Hotel Aziza to anyone visiting Sarajevo and would definitely stay here again!

The whole stay was awesome. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely furnished, quite elegant and practical, and were cleaned every day. Breakfasts were diverse, with a lot of choice, dining room clean and well maintained. And the location! It is 20 meters from Bascarcija, in 2 minutes you can sit in one of 20 restaurants or cafes. Spend 2 more and choice widens to 100. Perfection!

Amazing location of this cozy and modern hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are bright and seem newly renovated, breakfast was plentiful (with great coffee!), and the individual servings of eggs was a lovely treat.

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.
