The hotel is truly amazing, the elegant colonial style, with the calm athmosphere is incredible. The staff is nice above everything, and of course the amazing parts are the wildlife in the garden and the connection to the Victoria Falls. This hotel is wonderful. Its pools and ambiance were so good. The bar was a relaxing place to have an odd beer or six!!!! The Dining area was a pleasure and the staff there was so friendly. All the staff were friendly as well, the reception people, the cleaning staff as well as the maintenance folk. They all had a smile for you and a few nice words. Our room was very nice and well looked after, and the laundry service was excellent I don’t want to stay there again, I want to live there!!! The very best hotel we have ever stayed at
