IrelandThis hotel is wonderful. Its pools and ambiance were so good. The bar was a relaxing place to have an odd beer or six!!!! The Dining area was a pleasure and the staff there was so friendly. All the staff were friendly as well, the reception people, the cleaning staff as well as the maintenance folk. They all had a smile for you and a few nice words. Our room was very nice and well looked after, and the laundry service was excellent

UkraineThe hotel is located at a distance from the city, closer to the Victoria Falls, in a rather picturesque place. It is run by a wonderful woman who has managed to create a good team. As soon as you head to the pool (which, by the way, offers a beautiful view), someone is already rushing there to check the cleanliness. Another person carries towels, another brings a fan to the room, everything works like a well-oiled machine. It is also worth noting the possibility of dining in the hotel restaurant and a good breakfast. The room is very clean, comfortable, and large. Honestly, we were very regretful that we spent only one night there. Thank you, Natasha!

Amazing staff that are always there to help you with anything! From organising activities, to getting taxi's or ordering food, they are always there to for you (even if there's a big spider in your room, Emmanuel is always there to chase all unwanted small visitors out!) I could not thank them enough for everything they did for us and how well they helped us settle. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, clean bathrooms and AC. The cleaners often offered to clean our room and change the bedding too. Our room also had a small fridge which was very good for keeping cool drinks and fruit. The lodge has mosquito nets on every window so we avoided getting bitten and no flies around either. All communal areas of the lodge were cleaned daily by staff. The lodge's location is perfect, a 15 or 20 minute drive from most of the activities and very close to Victoria Falls, just a short walk from the nearest bars and shopping centre. The place was very quiet and peaceful at all times, we really enjoyed sitting outside by the fountain, watching the fish and dragonflies, and resting after our activities. We both felt very welcome and the lodge was so nice that we extended our stay till the end of our holiday! The perfect place for a couple, an individual or a family. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a quiet lodge with welcoming staff, lovely surroundings and a good location.

The location next to Maramba River is perfect, even the elephants and hippos like it - we could spot them from the terrace for 2 evenings during our stay. The staff is so friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes. The place is very quiet and has a nice garden, the chalets give privacy and the terrace is amazing. Plenty of breakfast offers, we definitely got full and enjoyed the high quality of food. Restaurant and drink prices are more than fair.

If you only spoil yourself once this is the place to do it, location on the banks of the Zambezi, great friendly staff, the evening river cruise was really special watching the romantic sunset on the river to the sound of snorting hippos is an experience you won't forget. The staff are great and it's obvious making your stay enjoyable is there main goal. Did I mention the chalet, it really has to be experienced to be believed - fantastic!!

We had two blissful nights at this beautiful facility, and savored every moment we were there. The restaurant and bar areas provide lots of opportunities for enjoying views of the river, as does the sparking clean infinity pool. The food was good; the staff friendly and solicitous. The room and balcony couldn’t have been better. We also took the sunset cruise on the Livingston Princess and enjoyed that enormously also.

We LOVED Ngoma Zanga Lodge. It was so quiet and peaceful ,yet close to everything. The staff, Caroline,Kennedy, Martha and the chef really looked after us and treated us like family. The food was fantastic and nothing was a problem. They organised tours, taxis and recommended places. Our room was beautiful and so was the pool and garden.

Loved everything, lots to do and see.
Loved everything, lots to do and see. Loved seeing the local elephants strolling along the roads. Going on a sunset river cruise is well worth doing. Visiting the cultural village. We ate at our own hotel as the food was excellent

I've travelled to Livingstone before so I knew what to expect. My husband has mobility issues and everyone we met made him feel welcome which was very important to me. We didn't bother with a car as the local taxis were reasonable and comfortable.

Obviously the Falls - and the Zambian side is without the best viewing aspect. The township is clean and has most amenities with the Museum being its highlight. A sunset river cruise is a must do and a helicopter flight is well worth the price.
