- From $85.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.0Good - What previous guests thought, 467 reviewsTransport pick up from the airport, the ride to the resort gave me a chance to see Samoa (natural beauty), Le Uaina is a huge resort that is well kept, I felt like I was home. Security and staff are beautiful, I must say Excellent customer service. Food was great too. I definitely felt I was staying in Paradise. Lots of spectacular sights to do selfies or family photos. The rooms are very big, clean, most especially the air condition function up to expectation. Like it makes you forget you’re in Samoa heat lol. Actually it makes you want to come out and bathe in the sun a little. Must pay for Wi-Fi and it’s not expensive, trust it will not break pocket especially if you’re traveling from outside of Samoa. I would suggest to rent your vehicle online unless you have relatives in Samoa that can take you to rent a car in person. If it’s a holiday in Samoa it’s best to rent online ahead of time because there may not be any vehicles available or at least a vehicle of expectation. There are not many ATM machines outside of town. So best bet is to have enough cash on hand until you plan to go to town again. The store across the road from the resort does take US dollars I am speaking from personal experience. No ATM machine though! My younger ones met some famous Samoa entertainers, Mautoatasi and his beautiful wife. I couldn’t stop hearing them talking about their pictures with the famous couple, lol! Excited and happy for them! Did a evening swimming in the pool with family but we made sure to be considerate with the noise. Didn’t want to disturb others and also in samoa at evening or night to much noise is not respectful to the living and also the non living. Anyway, we enjoyed our PM swim. I wanted to do more activities but I was there to work a case, my relatives had more fun I did too just wish I spend more time with family activities. Definitely am looking forward to visit Le Uaina resort again soon. Thank you, Le Uaina 🥰😘🌺.Guest review bySefuluaiUnited States
- From $98 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.4Good - What previous guests thought, 319 reviewsI recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.Guest review byLinda AnneJapan
- From $86 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 486 reviewsVery clean, very close to town and especially to the SPREP headquarters. I had a small issue and they responded better than any hotel operator I have ever experienced. I cannot emphasize this enough and it made me a huge fan for life. That was a level of service you never get. The staff was so friendly and attentive. It’s a value-based operation, with a quiet, lush setting, a nice pool and a convenient location. At what it is supposed to be, it’s near perfect.Guest review byStephenFiji

There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia.
There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia. There are many beautiful resorts on the southern side of the island and many great snorkelling spots. 2 restaurants we enjoyed in Apia with Paddles and Giodarno's. We hired a car which made getting around alot easier & I would highly recommendGuest review byFionaAustralia - 6.0

I was only here for one night, for proximity to my early flight the next day. I would probably stay a couple of nights if returning to enjoy the facilites and surrounds. However, it is a long way from the other sights on the island like the To-Sua Trench and Namua island. The drive to those is about 2 hours on the slow roads.Guest review byKarenAustralia - 10.0

The staff were amazing from day one till the end of our stay. Everything went went well. We enjoyed our event on the second night and the food was much better compare to our first dinner. Thank you Saletoga for making our event memorable, will definitely come back and will recommend this place to all my friends and other families overseas.Guest review byIvonaNew Zealand - 10.0

Lovely place, very interesting culture, hired a car, went to swim at Turtle Bay, drove into the town to look around. Bought food at some of the local food places, but the best food and price was the resort itelf. To get around one does need to hire a car, they are expensive however. But to get the feel of Samoa, necessary. There are cheaper places to stay, it depends on what you want. A beautiful new airport complements the island, previously was a tin shed but what was lovely about that was the welcoming group singing and paying guitars. Sadly that does not happen at the new airportGuest review byCarolNew Zealand - 10.0

There is not much to do out in this area as its really the wharf town for the ferry out to Savaii. The Sheraton was close by to the wharf and the airport so it worked well for an overnight stay before flying home the next day rather than going all the way into ApiaGuest review bySteveNew Zealand - 10.0
Apia is stuck in 70s timewarp.
Apia is stuck in 70s timewarp. Slow, relaxed, friendly with limited options for food and entertainment. We loved it. We hired rental cars which gave us more options and also visited Savaii and the southern part of Upolu. The snorkeling is great and no boats required.Guest review byglenysNew Zealand
