Stayed there before and each and every time I enjoyed it. Its not the most luxurious property, but its clean, comfortable, great location, lots of car parking spaces and the staff are helpful and very reasonable priced. So i will be back soon

This was our best accomodation in Vietnam. There are lot of flowers and well maintained vegetation around the houses. There are small pools with fish and water flowers, it is like in a fairy-tale. I really recommend the place. Our bathroom was in the back of the house, outside area but with a tall fence for perfect privacy and a green corner so it makes you feel like your private space in the jungle. Maybe inconvenient in chilly months but I undersrood some houses have inside bathroom also. We arrived in february and the weather was perfect. Occasionally some birds came in the bathroom space to argue if the small furniture above the sink is a good place for nesting and some little insects find their way to the shower area. This is perfect for nature lovers. The room itself was clean and spacious. Clean towels and linen. The young ladies at the reception are welkoming and very helpful with everything you need. They organised transportation, help with motorcicle or motorbike rental, offer info and help with everything. They are very kind. They organised us the boat tour to floating market and arranged us the transportation to their places and then to the airport in Can Tho based on our group needs. Excellent comunication with them. The place is in the rural area near Can Tho so it is interesting to explore the villages by bicicle and see how people live, make an idea of how the life in around water canals. There is a local-style minimarket at walking distance from the accomodation.

Quite expensive compared to other accommodations but still very worth it. Lovely little place, cute bungalows, very good food and great boattour in the morning. Martin organised us an affordable taxi for getting there and also for leaving, big plus!

The accommodation is amazing, peaceful, pretty, even better than the pictures! On top of that, of course, the staff. Hard workers, who do it with a smile. Need anything? Just ask! They go the extra mile to assist you. We also booked the floating market tour, which was incredible, thanks to proper organization and the sweetest guide. Definitely recommend!

My friend Gina and I recently stayed at Farmer Homestay and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The owner - Bosa - was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Bosa’s wife - Phoenix - is an amazing cook, and we were lucky enough to enjoy her delicious, authentic dishes throughout our stay. Every meal was satisfying and left us eager to try more. The homestay itself, surrounded by nature, was comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed to feel at home. The warm welcome from Bosa and his family made us feel like we were part of the the family. Bosa organize boat tours that were truly informative and worth every penny. We learned so much about the culture, history, and customs of the region and came away with a new appreciation for the area we were visiting. Overall, I highly recommend this Homestay for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay, with amazing food and informative tours. Thank you Bosa and Phoenix for such a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back.

Amazing place, amazing owner, amazing staff. That's all what we can say. We felt at home, warmly welcomed. Food was amazing too. Tuan is a great host who will help you as much as he can and even beyond. Rooms are very clean and big. The swimming pool is so relaxing with the Jacuzzi included. Biking around is relaxing. Sunset tour is worth it (Relaxing boat tour) and the Early Floating Market tour is truly impressive thanks to TUAN especially when you go to the land market and Tuan buys all what you would like to eat it in the evening. A brand new, clean and comfortable resort. Salt water pool including a children's pool. Next to the fruit garden, fresh air and relaxing. We will come back whenever we have the chance, recommended.

We had an awesome stay with Jimmy and his little family at his homestay. We actually stayed at his other homestay the first night, then moved to this one after. (There was a booking change and this house had more rooms). The other homestay is a quaint little loft room in the family home, but this one was far more modern and spacious. Jimmy speaks pretty good English, which made communicating easy, and he went the extra mile to show us around and show us where to get local food etc. Jimmy also runs tours through a few travel agency platforms, but we just organised something with him directly. He took us on a river boating trip, which was very peaceful, and Jimmy gave some great insight into the life of the locals along the waterways. We visited the floating markets in Can Tho where boats and vendors traded fresh produce and local meals. We visited local rice noodle producers’ workshop and a small fruit farm. We then transitioned onto bicycles at a temple (Jimmy arranged prior) and rode through the countryside — past rice paddies, quaint villages, blacksmiths, local diners — seeing how people live, working in fields, kids waving, the smell of cooking in small roadside kitchens. Visiting the local artisans and blacksmiths was a highlight: and we had some of the regions best noodles at a little lunch stop where you have to press the noodles yourself. In the homestay, Jimmy was around if you needed something but not overbearing; he was good for a chat over a beer to get an idea about culture and the struggles of Vietnam. He’s politically savvy. Can Tho isn’t exactly a hotspot of action and you only need a few days there but definitely enhanced our trip. If we stayed in Saigon the whole time, we wouldn’t have seen the more authentic aspects of Vietnam. Jimmy cooked for us on the last night, which was super generous. We felt very grateful at the end for everything he did.
