The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and evening kickback plus daily free 3 alcoholic drinks for adults are great. Although the menu doesnt change much, its still value for money - My kids loved making their own mickey waffles at breakfast. There is also a pay-per use laundry room which we used once. The shuttle services are great too and on time. My boy also liked the arcade at level 1.

The bed was the best bed I had slept in my whole stay in Orlando and we only stayed for one night in the Hard Rock Hotel. The cover was super soft, warm and comfortable, the pillow was just right and the temperature in the room allowed for shorts and shirts only. The room was perfectly clean and there was free coffee for in the morning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous at night and if you wanted to eat by the pool, you had the option of doing so, going for a swim while they prepped your meal and the server would call you once it was ready. Obviously the location was perfect for going to Universal. If you want to go to Universal, you just have to stay overnight in the Hard Rock Hotel! I wish we would have stayed an extra night, because I did not get to enjoy the amazing ambiance and collection of the Hard Rock Hotel to the extent I would have liked.

The facilities are fabulous! The beds are big and just so comfortable. Lovely pools with loads of sunbeds. There's a great snack bar with a good choice of food and drinks, housed within a handy shop where you can buy essentials. The location is perfect, just off the 192 with some fast food outlets within safe walking distance. Fantastic entertainment each evening in the Star Bar varying between DJ, live performers and karaoke. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff in all areas.

There is much more to Orlando than just the tourist parks.

There is much more to Orlando than just the tourist parks. Hire a car and explore other areas. Local transportation is good for getting around if you don't have a car. (The I-ride trolley or Lynx buses) You can dine out like you are visiting each countries specialities. Paying for goods etc is becoming contact less. Good to have a travel card or an account to use out of the UK, with no charges.

Everything about the stay was good. The staff was excellent. The lady who was there 8/9-10/2025 doing the omelettes was so pleasant to my son. She made a dolphin out of a banana for him. He was so happy from the appreciation he actually cried and hoped to see her again.

We were only there a short time. Most of our stay was in Winter Haven. The restaurants we went to were great and people were friendly. The Cattle Ranch Restsurant was delicious. Best steak I've had in a long time.

Quaint old Florida town in the downtown area, nice lake front public areas. Tons of restaurants, people were very friendly and helpful. Traffic was heavy but moved smoothly. Great vacation area for central Florida. Convenient relatively to Orlando and Disney World. I was concerned about parking downtown but there is plenty of parking if you are willing to Walk a quarter of mile or so, good restaurants in the downtown area, just a lovely central Florida city.

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, easy to get to, and had a real "home away from home" feel. The quiet neighborhood was a plus, and the backyard pool was a big hit with the kids. While the location wasn’t super close to parks and activities, the quality of the home and the host's quick, helpful communication more than made up for it. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

This is a remote place directly located at the Golf Course and the no. 1 choice if you have anything to do with Montverde Academy. It is the closest you can get to MVA. Any other location is more than 7 miles away. The condos are fully equipped with everything you need from washing machine to fully loaded kitchen - even for a longer stay perfect.

Traffic in Orlando is insane, specially if you are planning to come around holidays or during busy times in the year. Although to be honest, it feels like Orlando crowds are always high. Prepare for tolls. Make sure you educate yourself regarding the many toll passes that Orlando has. During the summer it is hot, humid and wet. It rains a lot so if you are planning to go to the parks or do outside activities dress appropriately. Be patient, like I said Orlando is busy and has a lot of people in it, but make sure to immerse yourself in the culture and the things that Orlando has to offer. Get outside the Disney or Universal bubble and go out there and explore.

The location of our rental property was centrally located (...

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

Staff is great. Not really a place for kids.

Staff is great. Not really a place for kids. Beds and pillows comfortable Terrible location. Nothing much around. I booked because I thought it was close to Sanford airport. It was still 20 minutes away at 4 am. It would have been nice for business purposes
