I really loved the vibe at this hotel - from the amazing scent when you walk in, to the album covers behind the front desk and the cool cafe in the reception. When I got to my room, i was blown away. Very spacious, great view over the Art museum, a huge bed, Japanese toilets, fabulous shower, and Aesop amenities! In fact, it was hard to leave! the breakfast was great - i like the way they do it by ordering alacarte rather than a buffet as it feels like there is less food waste and the food is fresher and more hygienic. I wish I had selected the room with the record players but then I might not have gone out to enjoy Tainan's nightlife and stayed in enjoying my room all night!

The room is spacious, comfort and clean. The staff are helpful. Free bicycle rental available there. The location is strategic, super convenient to night market, food restaurants, morning markets within walking distance and even more convenient with their bicycles plus an extra thoughtful handphone holder in each bicycle. There are free usage of washing machines and dryers in the basement which highly recommended to who travel long period in Taiwan like us. The breakfast full of variety, even with variety of flower tea (not tea pack, are dried flowers tea ingredients c/w guidelines of mix + match flowers), coffee machine with match latte, beef soup on the spot, and etc. Due to Sunday's crowd, the staff let us choose the section of breakfast in advance when we check-in. This hotel is considered fully covered all needs of hotel guests which surprise me! The hotel's management is really present their professionalism in this hospitality industry. Thank you.

That was a perfect stay with my family. Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, and a few convenience stores as well as a nice sushi to-go place. The reception desk staff is really friendly and helpful. They can make a nice cup of coffee and you can bring your breakfast and eat it at a table just at the reception desk (very convenient). The room was surprisingly spacious. Everything was clean and in good condition. The view from the window was quite nice and the window itself was rather big and could be opened. There was also drinking water available at the reception desk and some small snacks/sweets.
