Gloriously, unselfconsciously retro. Shiny wallpaper, striped carpets, and lots and lots of dark wood-grain plastic. Teeny-tiny elevators but it's worth the wait. The room even has kind of a retro smell, but in a good way - some kind of robust industrial-strength cleaning products they use, none of this delicate 21st-century stuff. Just like the bad old days except the staff are pleasant and the food is present. The room was huge. Great wellness center in the basement.

Lovely studio in a big old building nicely renovated. We were upgraded, but the style looks the same as the photos so I expect they are all equally as nice (we got a seating area in the upgrade which was great). Nice furnishings and comfortable. Small kitchenette but we cooked dinner and had breakfast ok. Nice bathroom (and underfloor heating) but the shower was a but small. One street back from the beautiful main square (2 mins walk). Half a mile from supermarkets. Lift if needed.
