SpainWe stayed in a room at the main building of this family-run farm. It was spacious and clean and with a small terrace with beautiful mountain views.
A delicious breakfast buffet is served every morning with homemade and local products.They also offer homemade dinner at affordable prices, we didn't try them but they smelled really good.
A great countryside experience in a quiet location away from any noises and without parking problems. It is an ideal base for hiking, biking or just relaxing around Logar Valley, Robanov kot or Solčava Panoramic Road. They also rent E-bikes, we used them for a full day and they worked really well.
Although temperatures may be hot some summer days at night they drop considerably and we sleep very well.
The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and gave us information on what to visit on the surroundings.I really recommend it.
We will come back when we visit Slovenia again. Gracias, Hvala!

My family & I rented 2 rooms at this hotel. We had unexpected snow during our stay so spent more time indoors/at the property than we originally planned and we found it to be a comfortable & cozy place to hang out. The onsite restaurant was delicious, all meals, including breakfast were fresh and abundant. Some of the best traditional Slovenian food we had our entire trip was at this property. The staff was friendly & professional and the valley really is one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia.

Katja is an amazing host. She was very welcoming to us and takes time to give you tips about the surroundings. The breakfast she prepares every morning is delicious with meat from their own farm. We also loved the cakes. There is a big garden in front of the house near the river where you can sit very nicely, there are a lot of things for kids to play with as well. The room was cute and cosy and very clean. The surroundings are amazing if you like nature. Don't hesistate to come to this place.

It was wonderful. 10/10 is not enough. The host is very kind and helpful. Building is quite new and all furniture and bathroom was made with excellent taste. It is situated in the middle of the Robanov Kot valley surrounded by mountains. Let's say that no phone service and WiFi is a plus. Shops are available in villages a few minutes by car. It is only 15-20 minutes to Logarska Valley (depends on how far you want to go into the Valley)

An excellent accommodation, rooms equipped with everything you need for a successful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped so you only need to take food. Kala the puppy welcomes you every time and is always ready to play. The owners are very nice and attentive, I bought fresh eggs for 2.5 euros (10 pcs). Go and you won't regret it. Note 10. Amazing, spacious apartment in the Robanov Kot valley. The host was very friendly and gave us some of her homemade strawberry jam, honey she produces, biscuits and apple pieces on arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was in working order. We felt at home right away. To top it off, the landscape around the area is beautiful!

Everything was just perfect. The most amazing view on the mountains from the house and the terrace.
Chalet is private, located a little above.
Alesh and his family were very friendly and helpful.
House has everything we needed (grill, kitchenware, some cooking staff, towels, firewood).

The location was perfect, we loved the spring under the windows, the 300 years old building, the beautiful village and the breathtaking landscape. The rooms were cosy and clean, the hosting family extra-kind. Best place for a family with kids for hiking.

Its location is ideal:: close to a settlement and to major sights, but out in the nature. The owners are very nice and helpful. The food is delicious and substential, with a lot of local and homemade products.

Great walks up the three valleys that are close bye. We had coffee in the information centre in Solcava - staff were excellent. Did the scenic road looking down over the valleys - well worth the drive up and down.

The area is beautiful and hiking and biking is great. The grocery stores are severly lacking on fresh proteins. We cook alot and didn't like having to purchase plastic coated packaged meats. A decent butcher and pharmacy were at least 30 minutes away.

An excellent location for outdoor activities, especially hiking and cycling. The nature here is really beautiful and we visited this region several times. It also has several really nice restaurants with local specialties and organic food. This time we cycled to Pavličevo sedlo and along the panoramic road and went on a hike towards Matkov škaf. Last time we hiked to ancient cave Potočka zijalka and Ostrica mountain. We ate at the Majerhold mountain lodge below Pavličev sedlo, at the Žibovt farm by the panoramic road, and at the Ojstrica restaurant in the Logarska dolina. Everyone is very friendly. A bike or electric bike that can be rented is the most convenient means of transportation here.

The best appartment we’ve stayed in Slovenia. We’ve stayed in 4. Very spacious, impeccable cleanliness, equipment, cutlery, furniture. Absolutely enjoyable experience. The host is super nice. Totally recommendable.

Solcava was a beautiful village, very close to Logar Valley. The views are spectacular! The air is so fresh and crisp. It is very soothing for the soul. We hiked to Slap Rinka and drove the Panoramic Road. We would have liked to have more time for hiking and exploring. The only downside would be lack of restaurants. We were there in May, so I'm not sure if there may be more options in high season but we had a difficult time finding a place for dinner. The place we ended up was in Luce, Gostlina PR Lampi. The food was very good traditional Slovenian food and excellent wine. Our waiter had a wonderful personality and was a joy to visit with.
