It was our anniversary so I chose the small celebration package and they had also added a cake on top as a gift and the decor, champagne were amazing. Thank you all for this great experience.

From the second you set foot in the foyer you know this place is special. There is a charm and old world glamour that you can feel instantly. The staff are all brilliant, each one was so friendly and helpful. Once we had checked in we had our welcome drink in the salon where we could properly drink in the stunning views of lake bled. We had a room overlooking the lake and it was simply stunning. The breakfast here was great, as were the spa facilities. We had a Luisa massage which was total relaxation - highly recommend! Also recommend taking the rowboat across the lake to the island. 1hr is free for guests. I love how this hotel has been cared for and any renovations have been careful to keep the feel of the hotel. You feel like you are experiencing the hotel exactly how it was for decades but it's still in perfect condition.

The hotel is an eco friendly option. Free EV charging was available after requesting a log in card from the desk. The breakfast is very nice with a wide range of options. A particularly nice aspect was the sunday morning violinist playing through breakfast. We used the spa and had massages which were clean and relaxing. The hotel is just outside of the busier parts of the town so it is quiet, but only takes a couple of minutes to get to the lake. We would visit again.
