I love how Malmö has history and culture and modern buildings. It's a city that has grown and changed, and it's still revitalizing new areas. That makes the city feel vibrant. At then same time there is a very laid-back vibe. I appreciated how low-key Malmö is after visiting much larger European cities. It was very easy to use the bike to ride around the city. Considering that I am hard travelling person and visited many countries and cities, It was one of the best Hotel in my life. Everything was brilliant: rooms, bathroom. I want to thank all staff of this Hotel. Everyone was easygoing and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and pithy. The location also was not bad for the reason that Lund is very smart city by its roads and destinations. I liked to walk till city center without any transportation. Many thanks to you. This is an average size Swedish city situated between two lakes. For international travel it is well connected with Gothenburg by bus and rail. We went there to take compete at IronMan 70.3. It is a very friendly place with lots of locals coming to support athletes like me. Cafe and restaurant prices are very reasonable compare to bigger Swedish cities. Linkoping is nice, Have been there a couple of times over the years visiting my daughter. This time I stayed at Scandic between trains as the location is excellent - close to the railway station and the city centre. I would stay there again if I get a cool room. I did stay there again 27 - 28/7 and got a cool room facing the street thanks to Abbe. He was very helpful and interacted very nicely with family with children at check-in. Arrived during medieval week, where the locals from baby's, to teens, to adult and the old, all get dressed in the local "traditional" costumes of an era long gone. Visby is one of the Hansa towns, so has great history of for the area and has kept its medieval look and feel with narrow streets (v.limited cars thank heavens), cafes by babbling streams, great restaurants with amzing staff who all spoke English - phew! Like a mini-manchester but with a Scandinavian touch. An insane amount of beautiful jugend architecture in a town for this size. It's fun to walk around and take it in. Wonderful castle and walks around and through the city were most enjoyable. The area is flat so no problems with steep inclines. Interesting history with many photo opportunities.
