Extremely good experience! I have never seen such a hospitality. We arrived late in the evening, but the lady in the reception encouraged us to use SPA facilities and allowed us to stay there after official closing time. We were also offered late departure without any extra fee. I asked about room change and immediately was given a free upgrade. In the morning, we enjoyed a very good breakfast with cappuccino served to the table. Quiet neighbourhood, free parking, elevator, superb comfy queen size bed, ambient lighting, big screen TV - what do you need more?

Reccomending this place for a nice and comfortable holiday. The rooms are not that spacious but they have everything you need. Everything was new and clean. The complex has a big and spacious yard with amenities for children.

This was an excellent accommodation! Alot of attention to detail has gone into this accomodation and we were very impressed with the facilities and comfort provided. The photos are an accurate indication of this accommodation, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The owner has really thought about the details in the accommodation, providing luxury necessities such as hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner, slippers, extra blankets, pillows, coffee machine, tea, cooking appliances and he was generally just a friendly nice guy. I would definitely return and recommend this accommodation 👌

Breakfast was indeed breathtaking for such a small place! Lots of fresh fruit and veges, suitable for anyone's diet. Balcony view was perfect, surroundings were quiet, even though there're lots of construction in the area. Spa center is really nice, good sauna and steam room, decent pool, jacuzzi and gym.     A beautiful, recently renovated hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and warm. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. The food is varied and delicious. In the lobby, there is a nice fireplace next to which it’s a pleasure to sit while the fire is burning. In the restaurant, the smoking area is separated from the non-smoking section (which is notably larger), so you are never in smoke or smelling of it, if you prefer not to. They have a large and secure children’s playroom in the lobby, which is a great option to keep them entertained if you’re traveling with kids. The pool and spa are also neat and clean. The hotel is close to the lake and the center of Zlatibor. There is parking in front of the hotel, behind it, and across the street. So, there is plenty of space. What I liked is that they have both Sport Club and Arena on TV, so if you stay at the hotel during a sporting event, you’ll be able to follow everything no matter where it’s being broadcast. This is usually a problem in Serbia, as we all know, due to the incorrect behavior of cable distributors. :)

    Best hotel in Zlatibor when it comes to communal facilities. We will always choose Palisad over any other hotel ( when offer is reasonable) because they have amazing and huge lobby with plenty of seating, frequent guest musicians and collections of artwork to rival any galleries. We had very comfortable lux room with balcony and enjoyed our stay

    Zlatibor is incredible place with a beautiful nature, lots of walking trails, plenty of markets where you can buy hand made goods ( wool vests and socks, jams, rakijas, creams and lotions for different health issues, honey and plenty more), plenty of restaurants and fast food options, lots of shopping places and plenty of entertainment at the central square! Beautiful balance between urban and quiet / city and mountain.

    I am not a big fan of Zlatibor being over-crowded by new...

    I am not a big fan of Zlatibor being over-crowded by new buildings without any urbanistic planning, really ruins the vibe. But, if you use the center mainly for overnight staying and benefits of having stores, restaurants and pharmacies nearby it's a great base for exploring the mountain because there are really a lot of great places just few minutes away by car.
