The spa provided a relaxing retreat, and the swimming pool was a refreshing oasis. Most impressive, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional. Overall, the Swiss Diamond Hotel is an exceptional hotel. With its great location, fantastic facilities, and outstanding staff, I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

It's impossible to stay more central than this. You walk out onto the main pedestrian boulevard. Staff told us that the hotel has opened in January 2024, so everything is brand new. Our room has been quiet, staff has been helpful and friendly. We particularly liked that breakfast is served in a café opposite, on the boulevard, outside if the weather is nice. Again, the service was very friendly and attentive, and breakfast tasted great. A pleasant experience all around.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped with all our questions. The hotel itself was modern and clean. What a lovely place. Central location of Prishtina town with easy access to all cafes and restaurants. Literally just next door there is fantastic cafe and supermarket on the side.     I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Away from the city center but 1 min drive to Prishtina mall. The mall has everything. I liked everything about the hotel. Nice and comfy room . Heating in cold weather was excellent. Very friendly staff. Meritta at reception was very helpful. I forgot to bring mobile charger converter. She kindly gave me hers. Gentlemen in the restaurant were very helpful. Washroom and beds were clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from noise of city center

    Pristina is a decent enough city for a short stay.

    Pristina is a decent enough city for a short stay. I would say that you only need about a day or maybe a day and a half to explore the city. The city does have a couple of highlights and it is fairly cheap. I would highly recommend that you also go to visit Prizren (also in Kosovo) if you are visiting Pristina. The city of Pristina is nice enough but it is the weakest of the Balkan capitals in my opinion.

    The unit was clean, and spacious.

    The unit was clean, and spacious. There was a family run restaurant and made delicious food called Gjeltore. Everything else you would need a vehicle or taxi. Pizza delivery was good too. No A/C and the unit was hot so blinds were blocking the sun so I bought a floor fan that made the stay way better. They need a new mattress or bed frame, it made cracking noise .

    The bus station is around 25-30 minutes walk to the centre, maybe a bit more depending on where you are staying. The centre itself is very walkable with lots of places to see and eat. Local buses are frequent and easy to find too. We really liked the relaxed atmosphere. Try and find Renaissance restaurant if you can. No menu - they feed you very well, with real top-notch food. Red and white wine included in the very reasonable price.

    Overall the people are really friendly, traffic can be a bit challenging as soon as you leave the main routes, it´s cleaner than many places in Kosovo and I was quite amazed how much it changed for the better since I last was there in 2001! Worth a visit after all!
