- free ski bus that takes us to ski centre within 10 minutes, the buses stop in front of the building; - amazing restaurant Restoran Kraljevi Čardaci just across the road - super clean and comfortable to stay, we booked an apartment that can accommodate 5 people for the three of us, just spacious enough for 3 of us; - equipped with kitchen and fridge, so we can buy ingredients from the supermarket across the road and cook our own meals; - there is a cafe inside the building where i could get nice coffee every morning - very friendly staff!! - great value for money!

Amazing stay in Raška - Well ..highly recommended! The aparment was spotlessly, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect - peaceful yet close to everything. The host made sure we had everything we needed. From a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, everything was jus perfect.     This house looks exactly like on the pictures and has an amazing view. It is cozy and well equipped for a big family or friends to spend a perfect vacation. We were there for skiing and we liked the location very much, because it is not in the busy center of Kopaonik, but if you are with car, it is close to Suncana Dolina lift, which was perfect for us. Hosts were really nice and friendly, being responsive to any questions we were to have. We are looking forward to go back there for another vacation next year.

    Everything... Best location, the cleanliness, beautiful view of the room and restaurant, breakfast that also with alacart menu, whatever we order was delicious, perfect menu for lunch&dinner, friendly helpful staff, easy check-in & check-out, free parking garage, free ski locker, helpful ski room staff... Thank you very much Grey Family.. It was the second time but i know we will come again next year.. :)

    Everything was great! The person at the rental was very helpful! Also we were allowed to stay couple hours longer as we had later bus and hotel was half empty. Room was very clean and new. The food was very delicious. I loved potatoes and steak at dinner.

    The room is clean, warm and cozy. The landlord is really nice and patient. The view is good too. The landlord can send you and pick you up to the ski Centre with a reasonable price and it takes about 10 minutes.

    Beautiful mountain but really need to be kept awake also during whole year to attract visitors. It is so sad to see that everything is almost "dead" . Hope someone will recognize potentials of this beautiful place

    A wonderful place that is currently developing. Perhaps the only downside is that there are few restaurants and everything is full. It is difficult to find a place to have dinner, which is strange for Serbia.

    It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good...

    It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. Josanicka Banja is close to Kopaonik ski center, so you can combine skiing and relaxing in hot pool.

    The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season...

    The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted. Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning. The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.

    Brzece is small but enchanting, meant for people who wish to avoid crowded noisy resorts. It has a gondola, places to rent skiing equipment and acquire a ski pass, a supermarket and restaurants (Koliba and Ivanovich)

    Jošanička Banja is known for its thermal hot springs. Anyoune who's visiting only for this will enjoy it. The spa center is very small. It can accommodate just a dozen people. Everything more than that will be crowded. Aside from that, there's really not much to do. You'll see the whole town in one day and that's it. The good thing is that it's near the ski resort Kopaonik (25km) so you could theoretically stay in Jošanička Banja if you plan a skiing trip and save some money for the accommodation, but do calculate the fuel to get to/from the ski-centre because the altitude difference is more than a 1000 meters.

    Perfect mountain and gastro experience on top level with everything on Austrian ski expectation. Pists and slopes are perfectly maintained and a lot of shallets on tracks are just one in a life time experience.
