One of the previous reviewers said it was the best hotel in Romania. We arrived very late at night after a breakdown and having failed to get to our planned destination. We were astonished to find a perfect, clean, modern and stylish hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, varied and with delicious artisan cheeses and meats, beautifully laid out. I do believe that previous reviewer was not exaggerating. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed one night in the deluxe apartment at The Szekler and had a wonderful experience. We came with our 8-month-old baby and found everything very comfortable and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, making it easy to relax. The surroundings are beautiful – we enjoyed peaceful walks and the stunning views of nature. Breakfast was amazing, prepared with fresh local produce and full of flavor, a perfect start to the day. Amazing!!!!!!!!!! It was one of the best places we visited. An oasis in the middle of nature. This is a unique experience. The staff was amazing and super helpful they accommodated all our needs! We went to bear watching and hiking in the surroundings and just enjoying peaceful quality time. The only noise around us was the birds. For breakfast, we had fresh cow milk, local village cheese, and local farm bread. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended!!!
