Be aware of some minor tricks, such as the one Belleview Suites played on me: Impresie stricata de faptul ca m-au aburit ca ar avea umbrele de plaje. Am intrebat de doua ori! Apoi principial le-am cerut sa ramburseze costul inchieriei unei umbrelute de plaja (nu e vorba de 35 Lei/zi) si impresia proasta s-a accentuat la refuzul patroanei. They played a trick on me, letting me belive that they had beach umbrellas(I only asked...twice). Poor impression accentuated by the owner's refusal to cover the rental cost of said beach umbrealla from another hotels on the beach. I was asking in principle, not because of the cost (35 RON/day) . On the beach, the life guards don't pay attention to the people in the water at all, instead they hide in the shade with their nose in their phones. I've watched them all week long. Constanța is a beautiful city with great potential. Its strongest assets are the abundance of trees, the presence of lakes, and, of course, the sea — which brings a unique atmosphere. However, I felt that the city could benefit from more organization and cleanliness. A lot of people have negative view of Romanian beaches and sea-sides, but it seems it is getting better and better each year. I would say that the entrance in the sea here is better than in Bulgaria's Albena which is good for children, of course the beach, is not so clean and comfortable but the see itself is quite good.Guest review bySergiu21Moldova - 8.0

Eforie Nord is a seaside resort mostly visited by families. It has large sea beaches and immediate access to the Techirghiol lake and its beach and mud baths. There are many hotels, guest houses and restaurants mostly on the budget side. On the busy summer days, it gets pretty crowded, which overwhelms the limited parking infrastructure. Although visible efforts to make Eforie look more modern have been made in the recent years, the chaotic construction of hotels and villas, lacking any urbanism vision, during the past decades, make real improvement difficult. Unfortunately, Eforie Nord lacks any nightlife option, so one who hopes partying should choose other Black Sea resorts.Guest review byVRRomania - 10.0
Love Vama Veche, for me it is the best place on the Romanian...
Love Vama Veche, for me it is the best place on the Romanian coast line. Some of the bars play the best music you will hear at the beach and it has a great free spirit about the place that you simply do not find at the other coastal resorts. If You cant find accommodation here then 2 Mai is a close second and worth a visit. The beach has also so far, escaped the awful beach extension program that has been taking place across Romania's beaches. The extended beaches are awful and lie walking on broken glass. Hardly a scam. I booked the room for my girlfriend in Romania. First she wanted to stay one night, then two nights. So I canceled the first booking and made a second booking. Accidentally with the same date. I canceled this one too and finally made a third booking with the correct dates. I also communicated this with Vila Sibel and wrote several emails. No reply. My credit card bill was charged for all the bookings. My friend arrived and moved into the room. It bore no resemblance at all to the rooms pictured on the internet. She was shown into a small room, TV above the closet on the ceiling, curtains hanging down, torn, tiny bathroom. My friend stayed one night and went home again. This is all unacceptable and cheeky. Olimp is a mixed bag of old and new, extraordinary and pure 80's communist era. However, it was very enjoyable. The beach at "steaguri" was expensive but the sand was very fine and the water great. Also, lots of overpriced businesses around, however, on one beach I ate the best pizza ever, made in front of me, which costed around 9-10 euros. Generally you can pay by card as it is required by the government but some old business just don't care so it helps having some paper with you. Careful at the adjacent Jupiter beach, that one is full of small sea shells and despite this, it's pricey.Guest review byabmarisRomania
