Hotel was clean, silence and smeel perfect, feel the confort. Room was enough size for a couple. Personal was smiling and kind to customers. Location was close to square. The location is excellent, very close to the city old center. We stayed jn the standard double room with breakfast included. It’s a small room, but it was more than enough: confortable bed, clean and very well equipped room, large bathroom, balcony. Breakfast was good, with good choices for everyone (we stayed after Easter and they had some traditional Easter red eggs and cozonac:) )

Special shoutout to Gigi at the reception, who was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to assist me. My room was spotless and offered a beautiful view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and attentive staff.     this is quite a big montain resort, but the restaurant nor the spa never felt too crowded. There was some confusion about the amenities in the room as hotel informed us on arrival that info on booking.com is not accurate, but they did their best to provide what we needed. the best was the outside jacuzzi pool with wonderfull views.

    The view was breathtaking, it was like a fairytale because it snowed and we had wine near the campsite and the folk music was perfect for that evening ..."a venit iarnaaa". Moreover the kids had a lot of activities during the day, too many I would say to choose from - it is exhausting for the parents to go to all of them...

    We loved Fundata and especially the accommodation. It is comfortable, clean and nice. We had a lovely view from our balcony. The host is super nice and warm and his home made pizza is simply yummy! We enjoyed our stay in this place!

    Climb the hill to the Brasov sign! You won't regret the views, hike. Great local food at Haplei restaurant. Parking is difficult in town so, getting around is not easy. We had heavy rain for 2 solid days so, our hiking excursions were negated (amazing hiking is nearby).

    The location is great with excellent views! The room was pretty large and clean, however, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation and illumination in the shower area. Other than that, everything was nice & neat. :)

    Beautiful place to escape to for some quiet, and just a 20-minute bus ride to the historic center of Brasov. It's also a quick taxi ride to a couple of caves and historical sites near Rasnov. Lots of hiking and a gorgeous spa -- basically, something for everyone. Restaurants along the main road/lake area play loud pop/folk music constantly, so if quiet is important to you, book further up the road. Be prepared that dining options are limited and a bit expensive as it's a resort town, but you have grocery stores and more restaurant variety nearby in the city for a pinch.

    A great town with a lot of interesting places to visit however isince few years ago you can see a degradation with roads that are left without repairs, houses left occupied, fewer tourists than before....

    Great base for traveling over to Brasov, Bran Castle, Rasnov Fort, Dino Park Much more chilled area. Wonderful La Prominada restaurant down the road. Playground inside & outside, lovely staff and will deliver food to guest house. Also lovely walk in forest just beside there. Rasnov Fort is closed. But still a fun adventure to go up into the outer walls. Lift or walk up steps. Go to Dino Park just beside on the same day I suggest.

    There are a lot of accomodations, for all tastes and purses. You can find a lot of good restaurans( I liked Vallahia Inn very much). It is very busy on weekends and the traffic on the main road to Bran can get to a standstill. It is a good starting point for hikers for Bucegi Mt. or Piatra Craiului. One can also go to Bran, Fundata, Rasnov, Brasov etc

    Făgăraș is located almost halfway between the larger cities of Brașov and Sibiu, both of which have a well-known tourist reputation. However, it is worth taking the time to stop in Făgăraș. Făgăraș is a tourist destination in its own rights. The Făgăraș Fortress is a must-see! There is a wide variety of restaurants and food options available. The Daffodil Meadow is a great place for nature lovers and is only 25 minutes away. There are also several monasteries within 20–25 minutes that are not to be missed.

    Beautiful nature, fresh air, nice people, a lot to see around if you have a car. I recommend to go to 7 Ladders Canyon, it's only few minutes drive away from Sacele. Salt mines are great, Bran's castle also not far if you drive. Be careful with Tampa mountain - we chose the entrance up in hill and it was very hard hike, but if you choose entrance down the hill where funikuler should be (it is under reconstruction now) then hike is easier.

    Brasov is obviously an old Germanic town.

    Brasov is obviously an old Germanic town. The charming town centre is well preserved. Some of the Saxon walls remain.. Nice countryside around not to mention Count Dracula's castle nearby. At the moment the funicular/cable car up to Mount Tampa is undergoing renovation but there are lots of paths up to the top.
