Lovely staff. Such a warm welcome. Very professional attitude. Obviously very well trained and guided. Very nice and big suits. Calm, clean. Everything one could need. And best: they have a proper hairdryer, not one of those asthmatic, short- cabled machines from traveller's hell. Parking also very good and protected.

This place, people, design, service - everything is better than you can expect. Place is very stylish and romantic, staff is extremely helpful and nice. We asked for early breakfast as we had an early trip planned and staff organized everything for us, also helped a lot with other things. Room design and facilities are really thoughtful and stylish. Perfect for romantic trip and one of the closest hotel to Morse oko. When we arrived host greeted us with glass of champagne and made us feel like home.

    Great location, close to the Energylandia Park. Even you can go there by foot, but the Western Camp Resort operates their own small train to the Park and back. There is a shop near the resort so you can buy anything you want for a longer trip, too. The facilities are great. One of the best is the pool, sauna and jacuzzi area which is open up to 11 pm. It's great!

    The city of Krakow is absolutely amazing with loads of things to see and to do in the city center area. From the classic museum visits to the daily concerts performed by the The Cracow Chamber Orchestra at the St. Peter & Paul's Church. A couple of must visit items: The Underground Museum and St. Mary Cathedral and Tower. The food is also very good with some excellent restaurnt options, The Black Duck, Pod Aniolami and Morsie Oko. (just remember to make reservations)

    Energylandia, good restaurants, Osviencim 20min by car and Wieliczska 1h by car. We used our time for these trip. The town itself is really just about the Park and a good starting point for the mentioned. Its true the only walking survey we did was themed "is the park a comfortable walking distance from our hotel?" , so maybe we missed something interesting that was hidden.

    Lovely area a little way from the busy centre of Zakopane although do expect a lot of traffic on the main road (wasn’t a problem though) as this is a year round holiday destination. Car parks can fill quite early especially at the weekend and be careful of cars if walking on roads where there are no paths.

    Beautiful little village/town on the foothills.

    Beautiful little village/town on the foothills. Much less crowded and touristy than Zakopane. If you don't need the buzz then Bialka is rather perfect I'd say: the trails and roads are still really close and the town has all the services and facilities you would want. Plus, it has some beautiful architecture.

    Szczawnica is a one-street village.

    Szczawnica is a one-street village. It's a good place to start from for rafting the Dunajec and local walking and other explorations. We ate a an excellent restaurant, but it was empty at prime time in the middle of the high season.

    We had bad weather so was not possible to enjoy outdoor activities. We had hiking in the area in mind. Also all hotels should have easily available information for tourists if Krynica wants to benefit from them. Those from abroad may have issues with using Internet. Pamphlets would help. Other thing, restaurants closes early. Maybe is different during summer.

    We were very happy that we chose to stay in Oswiecim rather...

    We were very happy that we chose to stay in Oswiecim rather than just travelling there from Krakow. In addition to Auschwitz, we visited the Ospitzin Synagogue and museum (a very moving and informative memorial), toured the local murals, wandered around the older part of town, enjoyed the parks, and had a spectacular dinner at the Old Tree Villa and Restaurant.

    Too many tourists and too many touristic structures. The mountain completely lost its appeal: to recovery it you should go as far as you can from the villages where hotels and touristic restaurants are. And you will in all cases remain in the middle of a crowd.

    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening.
