Carlos was so lovely! He was very helpful, even offering to let us use his home gym if we wanted to. All the staff were great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The air conditioner was nice to come back to after being out all day.

Staff were so lovely, made us feel so welcome and they looked after us. We thought we was a bit away from everything but hearing what other people said about their stay on the other side of the island we definitely picked a good choice here. There is a pali 1 min away & atms. Kitchen facilities were great. If you're planning on staying here I recommend highering the atv through them, they let you park it out of site and in their garden so it's safe & you don't have to worry about it being stolen.

We loved so much about our stay: Lucy and Danny, our hosts, were amazing and so helpful. The room was great. The food and coffee were delicious, location was beautiful and quiet. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience staying at El Encanto.

This hotel was fabulous. We stayed twice and had two rooms, so we actually saw 4 separate rooms. All of them were really high standard. I don’t think the photographs do this hotel justice. It is stunning. The location and a really central and the staff are lovely. I would love to come back and of course it was exceptional value for money

The host family was amazing, so accomodating. Private rooms were comfortable, great air conditioning, the common areas were beautiful. Lovely place to sit and relax. The price was unbeatable, and we even rented a scooter for the whole week through the host. Brilliant stay.
