We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and huge. The bathroom was nice and we had a really nice comfortable big bed after a very long flight. it was a perfect start to our trip and also we stayed at the end of our trip. And the breakfast was really good, I am still thinking about it

Considering that the lodge exists in order to finance the animal sanctuary, once you book this rooms you have the feeling that you are doing something good. We were staying in the lodge and not in the villas and the internal arrangement of the room was amazing, the best in Namibia and beyond. We did the jaguar experience and it was really an experience.

    The place was stunning. A little Oasis in the desert. Staff was super friendly and attentive. My room was comfortable with a super large and comfy bed. I slept like a dream with no noise, just nature at my door. The food was excellent, although I was not that into the game meaty dishes served. Just my personal preference. The game drive was so informative, but I wish I could have been on more than one occasion. The shuttle service was well appreciated. Thanks to Petrus and all staff for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. Ps....I am going to miss my Virgin Mogito's. Till next time as I will be back.

    I loved everything about this guesthouse. Every little detail had been thought of from the welcome note on the bed to the antique (complimentary) little bottle of port for a pre bedtime drink. The guesthouse is stylish, comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The food was delicious and I loved the breakfast (more complimentary booze in the form of Mamosa’s) We had just travelled from the dust and terrible roads of Etosha and this was the much needed luxury haven we wanted. Please stay here you will not be disappointed!

    Beautiful grounds, relaxed atmosphere, local wildlife of tortoises, ostrich & springbok, plus the owners 4 cats. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and outside lounging areas were plentiful with Chris overlooking the waterhole, plenty of comfy loungers and other seating areas around the property. The food was outstanding! The best of our entire trip. Comfy rooms and beds too. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay on route to the airport or on arrival in Namibia.

Breakfast was fresh every morning and great care taken to our comfort while enjoying afternoon drinks in the shade of the beautiful big trees.     The proximity to the workshop venue (NAMFISA) and also to the mall. The shopping experience was fabulous, and I also found most Namibians to be warm and friendly. Windhoek is a great city, historically rich too!

    InDrive in Windhoek makes getting round very easy.

    InDrive in Windhoek makes getting round very easy. However the location markers seem tricky - either drivers can't find you or the time indicated in the App is not correct. Ordering food ahead and going to collect at restaurants made evenings after work very easy. The Col'cacchio restaurant at Grove Mall had a fabulous view of the setting sun over drinks or dinner. Loved that aspect! Grove Mall has everything you would need by the way.
