CanadaHow am I going to put into words how absolutely wonderful Kifaru Bush Camp was??
One can not but feel welcome when you are personally greeted by Natalia Nailenge as you step out of the vehicle.Welcome rooibos tea cocktails offered by a smiling Hambeleleni Nakapandi.
Dinner was from heaven for Chef Selma E Shigwedha prepared exeptional Oryx steaks with beautiful side dishes after our evening drive.

I booked an evening drive but only morning drives are done, but these two young people went above and beyond to make an evening drive possible and Richardo had lovely sundowner drinks and snacks ready and available on our arrival at the viewing area.
Johannes controlled everything fire, from the inviting camp fire on arrival back from our drive to every room's boiler fire for our hot water.
Not only was our visit and drive fantastic, it was also educational.
Amber and Tristan shared their passion for protecting the rhino in their care and about the 'Rhino Momma Project"
'More time to visit' is definitely on my list for next time.

AustriaThe staff was so sweet and by the second day we really bantered with them. You could really tell that they cared about our stay being good. They have no veggie options (next to pizza and toasties) on the menu but they made exceptional veggie food for us regardless every night. There id birds ALL AROUND the property. It was really cheap!

My wife is a vegetarian and they made special efforts to cater something for her. The ambience of the evening dinner was excellent. The morning breakfast was more than one can ever have with a wide choice. Amazing folks. Location is very good. Recommend a 3 days stay to enjoy the property as well as Etosha National park, which is a 8 minutes drive away. We organised a tour of Etosha national park through them along with a packed lunch which was amazing (we were unable to finish it all). We had dinner and breakfast there which were both held outside and the view from the terrace was incredible. Dinner was cooked over an open fire next to us. The place was also pretty easy to find. We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to...
We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to view animals in Etosha National Park. The terrain here (unlike Numatoni) is vast and flat. Animals are few and far between but with persistance and great binoculars we spotted a Black Rhinocerous, elephants, zebra, springbok, oryx, giraffe, ostriches, and 1 lion, all during daylight hours. The food is best OUTSIDE the park. There is NO fuel in the ENTIRE park! The “Trading Post” is the nearest fuel to this village (less than 10km). We were disappointed by the extremely bad roads in the park. There is no information about the rugged dirt roads in the park. We were happy to leave the park without an accident or car broken. Outjo is not a very clean town but ideal stop over for travelers on their way to or from Etosha. Visitors can also by essential supplies for their on-going travels.
