The camp is very beautiful and very luxurious. Warm welcome, extremely beautiful cabin with lots of privacy and comfort. Gin and tonics with ice were waiting for us in the room. Very good dinner and breakfast. Superb views over Chobe river towards Botswana.
Best of all were the manager and the staff. They all put their heart and soul in the place. Everything’s very well run. Staff are cheerful and work very hard to make your stay perfect. We were even treated to a performance by the entire staff.

The accommodation experience in this small town was excellent. The homestay was clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable environment, and the small courtyard was well-maintained. The owner was kind and friendly; not only was the service thoughtful, but they also thoughtfully offered to pick us up and drop us off to and from the town. They even allowed us to check out late because our bus was at 13:00. We really loved this homestay.

We liked everything - didn't know we were in a tent!! Very rustic, with wood burning hot water system - had a great shower. Location on the banks of the Kwando River was fabulous, with Lechwe on the banks.
We had a wonderful river cruise with Kennedy, who was very knowledgeable: birds, hippo, baby crocodiles and a large obstinacy of buffaloes. We also spent some time in the nearby Mudumu National Park, which was a wonderful experience.
Annette and Hennie were very welcoming and gracious hosts who went out of their way to assist two older women with some disabilities. Huge thanks to them both!
Thanks, too, to Shiloh.
Thanks also for the great breakfasts and dinners.

Successful stay! The welcome by the owners was warm and professional! The staff is very very friendly, competent and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The food in the restaurant is very very good! Our compliments to the chef who cooked us a very delicious 3-course menu that evening! The rooms are very clean, the staff does a great job here too. Internet is fast and stable. Air conditioning in the room and clean an well maintained.

Everything about this place is great. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. The location is superb. So close to Chobe. The game drive was fabulous, the food was very good and the overall glamping vibe is just so easy and comfortable. The number of bird songs you hear waking up is unreal. Elephants and hippos so close by. Great place!
A splurge luxury accommodation option. The rooms are awesome overlooking the Zambezi River - spacious with luxury finishes. The dining and bar areas are lovely with good meals. Loved the sunset cruise and the bee-eater colonies. On the expensive side but value for it.
Fabulous, friendly and efficient staff, especially our guides Robert and Nicholas who were very knowledgeable regarding the wildlife, boat handling and fishing. The food was first class and the river location very private and special.

Magnificent place. Lot of things to see in town. People are very friendly and helpful. Wish to visit again but you need your own car to move around. For westerners everything is available but still one sees real Africa.

Kongola itself is quite small.
Kongola itself is quite small. However, river cruises are on offer, with fantastic animal and bird sightings, as well as magnificent sunsets on the Kwando river.
Another advantage is the Mudumu National Park, with an abundance of wildlife and birds,
