We were so happy to be able to step right out to the wonderful clear water and not have the noise of town nearby. Their beach area spreads out further than we thought so there was enough room for everyone, and servers would come to our loungers to see if we needed any drinks or food, but no pressure if we didn't want anything. Our room had a gorgeous view on the top floor with a wonderful high ceiling. The bed is comfy and the decor is classic Mexico with nice touches. Breakfast was very nice! First of all, it’s so great that you can use both Hotel B and Hotel B Unique’s facilities, both pool and outdoor areas are amazing! The restaurant is lovely and the staff are exceptional, couldn’t do enough for you. Special shout out to David and Miguel who were so friendly and helpful during our stay. Miguel also hosted a private tasting experience with us, which was upstairs on the beautiful rooftop where we tried different tequilas and foods…blindfolded. I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving.
I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving. While the people are friendly and the number of good restaurants has increased over that time, unfortunately the reef has been degraded effecting the diving experience. I enjoyed the natural beauty of the areas outside the touristy downtown area. I rented a scooter and drove the entire perimeter of the island (about 2 hours around without stops), but there are a few sightseeing locations, so plan a bit more time. I was there to go scuba diving and it did not disappoint. Once you get out of the touristy areas Cozumel is basically a rundown Caribbean island with not much to offer.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 6.0

it is an all inclusive but availability and quality of drinks and food were poor. Over all it is inexpensive and if your expectation of the all inclusive feature is low you might be pleased. Location is great, staff good, and the snorkeling was fantastic right from the hotel. Hotel is dated and in need of remodeling but has a bit of a family feel with a chill vibe. I might consider staying again just for the available snorkeling and good breakfast. Wifi only worked in lobby which was unfortunate and inconvenient.
